We source the very best British spelt, an ancient grain, grown regeneratively on soil that's properly looked after. It gives our pasta a gorgeous, naturally nutty flavour you just don't get from ordinary pasta. Then there's the way we make it. Every joyful shape is bronze-drawn and slow dried the traditional way, which gives it a texture that magically hugs your sauce. Some customers even tell us it feels lighter than regular pasta, but we will let you be the judge of that. It's so good you can eat it naked, with nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter and a pinch of salt. There are six shapes to fall for, each one bringing a splash of colour to the cupboard, and every one has won a Great Taste Award. This is pasta for the people, and it's truly worth loving.
