Gluten free oats (23%), water, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt), black kidney beans (10%), carrots (5%), swede (5%), mushrooms (5%), red spilt lentils (5%), rehydrated onions, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, ground spices.

Guide Only. Your haggis requires heating until piping hot. Do not reheat. Defrost first if frozen. Consume within 24 hours of opening. OVEN Remove printed packaging. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180-C (Fan 160-C, Gas Mark 4) for 50 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving. Do not reheat. MICROWAVE (800W Category E) Remove printed packaging, casing and clips. Cut into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat on -medium' for 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking and once before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times accordingly. Do not reheat.
