Spain is famous for its rich, thick 'chocolate a la taza'. This velvety drinking chocolate with 18% cocoa has a smooth cocoa flavour and a light touch of vanilla and cinnamon making a luxurious treat and is ideal for dunking churros, Spanish doughnuts. A good churro deserves an authentic, rich hot chocolate for maximum dunking coverage. Just thicken it up by adding more powder or use more milk for a smooth drink on its own. Sim-n Coll have been making chocolate for over 150 years and their drinking chocolate is a fine example of their craft.

Instructions included for making hot chocolate using milk or water. Heat 250ml of milk, plant-based milk or water per serving without allowing it to boil. Add 50g of powder per serving and stir constantly, bringing it to the boil, for 2 minutes.
