For the production of Feto, fresh Natural Tofu is fermented with vegan starter cultures (lactic acid bacteria). As a result, the tofu is mildly acidified, and the sugars and carbohydrates in the tofu are already metabolized to a great extent. This process gives the tofu a deliciously mild acidic flavour. There are so many creative ways to prepare Feto! You can enjoy Feto Natural cold and pure with a selection of Tapas dips or with melon in a delicious salad!This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
