Cooking Instructions: Can be eaten hot or cold. If frozen, defrost sausages before cooking. Remove all packaging. As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot before serving. To Grill: Lightly brush the sausages with vegetable oil. Place under a preheated hot grill for approximately 5 minutes, turning frequently. To Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 200 ºC, gas mark 6, place on to a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for approx 13 minutes. To Shallow Fry: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the sausages and cook, turning frequently.
