Always ensure product is piping hot before serving.For best results, cook balls from frozen:Stove Top Simmering:Place Quorn Balls in a sauce pot, add enough of your favourite sauce or gravy to cover.Simmer stirring occasionally over a medium heat 15-18 minutes or until balls are thoroughly heated. Stove Top:Pre-heat 2-3 teaspoons of vegetable or olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat, add Quorn Balls and cook for 13-15 minutes, turning balls frequently, until thoroughly heated.Serve immediately.Conventional Oven:Preheat oven to 350oF. Arrange Quorn Balls in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.Microwave:Place frozen Quorn balls in a microwavable dish, cover and cook on full power as directed:-For 4 balls, arrange in a single layer and cook on high 1000W for 1 minute.For 8 balls, arrange in a single layer and cook on high 1000W for 1½ minutes Whilst taking care to ensure Quorn Balls are piping hot before serving, please ensure that the balls are not overcooked as this will impair the product quality.
