Loving Foods jun-kombucha is a sparkling, fermented tea, rich in beneficial live bacteria, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Jun-kombucha differs from standard kombucha as it is naturally cultured using green tea and a SCOBY, but is brewed with honey instead of sugar. It is often referred to as the Champagne of Kombucha . We produce our jun-kombucha right here in the UK, at our eco-friendly facility near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester. All of the ingredients that we use in our drinks are 100% certified organic, and all of the flavourings that we use are made from real ingredients --- we take no short cuts and don---t use any artificial flavourings, colours, extracts or preservatives. If you pick up a Blueberry & Lavender Kombucha, you can be sure that we have pressed the juice out of real blueberries and infused the drink with actual lavender leaves. When you drink a Lemon & Ginger Kombucha, just know that we have squeezed actual organic lemons on-site and added ginger that has been crushed and juiced with our own bare hands --- maybe with a little help from our juicer! You---ll only ever find our drinks in recyclable glass bottles because kombucha is acidic, so plastic or aluminium is a big no-no as they would react with the drink. We even use a paper label so it can be removed and recycled. And in terms of how we produce, we ferment everything for a minimum of five weeks, and each and every bottle is always raw & unpasteurised, so contains all the goodness and benefits of a real, proper, living kombucha.This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
