Loving Foods jun-kombucha is a sparkling, fermented tea, rich in beneficial live bacteria, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Jun-kombucha differs from standard kombucha as it is naturally cultured using green tea and a SCOBY, but is brewed with honey instead of sugar. It is often referred to as the Champagne of Kombucha . We produce our jun-kombucha right here in the UK, at our eco-friendly facility near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester. All of the ingredients that we use in our drinks are 100% certified organic, and all of the flavourings that we use are made from real ingredients we take no short cuts and don't use any artificial flavourings, colours, extracts or preservatives. If you pick up a Blueberry & Lavender Kombucha, you can be sure that we have pressed the juice out of real blueberries and infused the drink with actual lavender leaves. When you drink a Lemon & Ginger Kombucha, just know that we have squeezed actual organic lemons on-site and added ginger that has been crushed and juiced with our own bare hands --- maybe with a little help from our juicer! You'll only ever find our drinks in recyclable glass bottles because kombucha is acidic, so plastic or aluminium is a big no-no as they would react with the drink. We even use a paper label so it can be removed and recycled. And in terms of how we produce, we ferment everything for a minimum of five weeks, and each and every bottle is always raw & unpasteurised, so contains all the goodness and benefits of a real, proper, living kombucha. This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
