JARR was the first London-based commercial kombucha brewery, originally founded in Hackney Wick by old friends Adam, Tom, Jess and Neil. After visiting Adam in his hometown of Los Angeles in January of 2015 and realising that they all shared a passion for kombucha, the group of friends set out to create a drink that challenged the norm by creating a unique, low-sugar alternative to artificially produced soft drinks and a complex substitute for alcohol. JARR is the highest quality, premium kombucha available; authentically fermented using only 100% all-natural, organic ingredients. Every batch is brewed with single-origin, organic green and oolong teas, organic cane sugar, pure filtered water and a proprietary SCOBY, lovingly grown and nurtured since 2015.This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
