At Everfresh we've been baking using sprouted grain for over 30 years. Our ethos is simple: to deliver great-tasting, plant-based, organic breads and cakes with the simplest possible ingredients. So much of what we eat nowadays can be full of preservatives, additives and other seemingly innocent content, all designed to make the food more convenient to eat, last longer, cheaper to produce or easier to handle. You won't find any of these nasties in our cake, just an intense brownie-style cake with high cacao and fruit content, married with subtle cinnamon. Ideal for those looking for a great-tasting, indulgent vegan cake where the ingredients sound like they belong in a kitchen rather than a laboratory. Baked to a traditional recipe, like all our cakes our Rich Cacao and Sweet Prune Cake is free from added preservatives and contain no added sugar. Vegan friendly.
