SOLD IN CASES Very delicate, this blend offers a light pale straw colour. Flavours of lime and tropical fruits aromas are nicely mingling on the nose. The wine is light bodied, nicely balanced with a subtle acidity, leaving lingering flavours of lychee and green apple on the palate. Made by Stellar Organics in the Western Cape this is a crisp and refreshing white with tropical fruit flavours but with an underlying richness and depth. Stellar were the first winery in the world to be certified both organic and Fairtrade. The name Running Duck comes from the Indian Runner Ducks who live amongst the vines eating all the bugs and creepy-crawlies and thereby avoiding the need for pesticides.
